Click on Dashboard to have an overview of your profile and check the status of your meeting requests.

The Profile activity shows your recent notifications and reminders.

All the interactions will be notified here, useful statistics of your meeting requests, as well as page views, page favourites, potential matches and confirmed meetings. The icon turns green when the action is performed.

Block unavailable meeting timeslots

Under Profile section, go to Settings and turn off unavailable meeting timeslots on the agenda. You can mark them as not available for networking activities.

Recommendations section shows recommended exhibitors and products that match your profile according to the info provided in the registration you submitted.

Click on the star icon to select your preferred exhibitors, brands, products and team members.

They will be listed in in the section Favourites

You can search new partners throughExhibitors List, Product List and Brand List using the available filters:

• → Countries
• → Finished Products Categories
• → Supply Chain Categories
• → Other services Categories
• → Hall

When adding keywords in the top menu bar, the elastic search will help you in detecting the correct products and services by analyzing descriptions, characteristics, and functionalities.

Clicking on any exhibitor’s card will bring you to the exhibitor profile.

There you will find all the information about this particular exhibitor like their products, team members, available uploaded content.

The “viewed tag” indicates if you have already browsed the profile.

The Matchmaking section helps you to find the right matches. In this section you will find a list of the most relevant exhibitors based on the info that you provided.

Click on Favourite or Not relevant according to your needs.

To request a meeting, click on the meet button, fill in all the details of this meeting, select the preferred duration, and the date and time of the meeting.

Here below steps to follow:

• → Click on the “meet” button
• → Choose who will participate
• → Add a subject and a short message
• → Select the location and the preferred duration
• → Select the date and time of the meeting
• → Select relevant products or marketing content you’d like to discuss during the meeting
• → Click “book a meeting”
• → Wait for the other party confirmation

Event time and your time are displayed and recapped in “My Schedule” section too. “Your time” indicates your local time when the meeting will take place.

You can view available timeslots as per the event time (GMT +1, Rome) or you can switch the time as per your local time.

Click on My Meetings section to check your printable agenda and filter the meetings by their status:

• → Incoming meeting: a meeting you must confirm or decline/refuse
• → Pending meeting: a meeting you requested waiting to be confirmed or refused by the other part involved

All interactions with your profile will be displayed in the notifications area in the top right corner. Click the bell button to see your recent meeting requests, new connections and favourites. To see new messages click on the envelope button.

The Messages section gives you the opportunity to chat with your potential partners, in case you need more information about the products.

Remember to rate your meetings

You can leave a feedback to organizers and keep track of the most successful ones.

Get in touch with your leads after the event. You can now download the contact information of all the Exhibitors you engaged with on the event. Click on “download leads” button to download an xls file recapping contact details of companies you had a confirmed meeting with.

Kindly avoid Internet Explorer as many versions are no longer supported by Microsoft in terms of technical support.
